How can craniosacral therapy help?

Overload, tension, difficulty relaxing, or a constant sense of threat can signal that the nervous system has been in a state of readiness for an extended period.

Craniosacral therapy supports the body’s natural ability to self-regulate, regenerate, and restore balance. It is a gentle practice grounded in an understanding of the interconnected systems within the human body—conducted with mindfulness and in tune with your body’s natural rhythm.

Chronic stress and overload— When you live under tension for a long time, your body may lose the ability to rest deeply. Sleep problems or insomnia may arise. Therapy helps you find more space and reconnect with yourself.

Nervous system regulation- Hypervigilance, difficulty winding down, and a sense of being "constantly on alert" are often linked to nervous system overload or hormonal imbalances. These sessions support the process of regaining a sense of safety and the ability to rest.

Body tension and fatigue— Headaches, tension in the neck or jaw, or a sense of heaviness in the body can be ways the body signals overload. Gentle bodywork offers a path to relaxation, regeneration, and relief from pain.

How do I work?

Drawing on my education and years of professional experience, I create a safe space where your body can gradually release tension and reconnect with its own natural rhythm. While I have long practiced stress reduction through yoga, breathwork, and meditation, craniosacral therapy offers a passive approach, allowing the client to achieve a state of deep relaxation. During the session, the client lies down while biodynamic techniques support the body’s innate capacity for self-regulation and regeneration.

It is a gentle form of working with the body and the nervous system, grounded in knowledge, mindfulness, presence, and listening.

I work with adults and teenagers from Wrocław and Lower Silesia who are experiencing chronic stress, overwhelm, tension, or difficulties with nervous system regulation. I collaborate with psychotherapists, complementing psychotherapy processes with an element of bodily integration.
