It is a very individual process. Some people notice a change after just the first few sessions, while others require a longer process.
Our nervous system thrives on rhythm and predictable repetition. I often schedule a series of three to six weekly sessions with clients, after which we decide on the next steps. Sometimes I work on a monthly basis, and at other times, every two weeks; it really depends on what you are coming to me with.
Biodynamic craniosacral therapy is an excellent method of gentle, non-invasive bodywork that supports the nervous system. It serves as an ideal complement to psychotherapy. I draw on my knowledge of the nervous system, employing various tools—such as titration, resource-building, Somatic Experiencing techniques, and breathwork—while prioritizing verbal communication. My goal is to strengthen your nervous system, allowing it time to integrate and process all bodily sensations. We avoid re-traumatization; instead, we work using a biodynamic approach that honors your unique rhythm of health.
