About

My name is Anastazja Korczak, and for many years I have been guiding people as they reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and build greater balance and stability in their lives. I work with clients from Wrocław and Lower Silesia who are seeking a somatic approach to nervous system work. I am fluent in both Polish and English.

I have been running a practice since 2020. Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, working with individuals experiencing the effects of chronic stress, overwhelm, physical tension, and difficult life experiences. I completed a two-year training program at the European Therapy Centre in Wrocław. I trained under the guidance of Joanna Czarny, Tracy Evans, Sati Shepherd, and Michael Kern. I am a member of the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust and regularly participate in supervision and ongoing professional development.

Additionally, I have completed training courses that deepen work with the body, the nervous system, and early developmental patterns, including:

  • "Hands-on Trauma – Working with Trauma in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy" – Katherine Ukleja
  • "Embrionic Echoes – Echoes of Embryonic Development" – Katherine Ukleja
  • „Embryo in Us” – Jaap van der Wal
  • "Behind the Smile – A Clinical Approach to Cranial Nerves Based on Stephen Porges’ Polyvagal Theory" – Katherine Ukleja

I have been working with the body for over three decades. My background includes capoeira, running, and dance and circus techniques, and I have been developing my yoga practice for many years. In 2019, I completed a three-year teacher training program and obtained international certification as an Iyengar yoga teacher, followed by a Level 2 certification in the same method in 2025. I am a co-founder of the Poruszenie yoga school in Wrocław, where I lead regular open classes, retreats, and getaways. I have also taught yoga to groups requiring special care and attention, including inmates at the Wrocław correctional facility and children on the autism spectrum.

My professional and personal experience is deeply rooted in intercultural work. Born in Australia and raised in eastern Poland, I have navigated diverse environments and worldviews since childhood. For over a decade, I co-created Brave Festival and Brave Kids—projects grounded in intercultural dialogue.

I believe the body is not a problem to be fixed. Quite the opposite: it is a place that has spent years trying to protect us as best it could. That is why, in therapy, presence and following the body’s pace are important to me—without pressure, without "fixing," and without overstepping the nervous system's boundaries.

In my personal life, I am a mother of two daughters. I currently seek joy in life—primarily through movement, appreciating beauty, traveling, and connecting with people. I love reading books that remind me of the diversity of human stories.
