What does a craniosacral therapy session look like?

There are no specific recommendations to follow before the visit. You do not need to fast, nor do you need to perform any exercises or undergo any "physical preparation." The most important thing is simply being able to lie down and let your body rest.

It is helpful to know what brings you here. At the start—especially during the first visit—I gather information about your general health, past illnesses, and how you are feeling. If you take a moment beforehand to consider how you feel, it will be easier for you to tell me about it.

The session takes place with the client lying down, fully clothed, and often under a blanket. The therapy relies on a very gentle touch. I always negotiate contact and state where I am going to place my hands.

It is worth setting aside a little time after the session. I recommend a short walk, a cup of tea, or simply a slow, gentle way to reconnect with the outside world. The office is located near Wybrzeże Wyspiańskiego and the Oder River, offering a pleasant area for a stroll.

What is important?

  • avoid strenuous exercise immediately before and after the session,
  • Give yourself some unhurried space after the visit.
